Duty Manager £29,607

I am recruiting a duty manager to work in Hounslow at a flagship leisure centre. As duty manager you will be carry out duty management shifts across the centre, working combination of shift between 6am and 10.30pm and working 1 weekend in 3. The key focus of this role will be line manage the team of lifeguards and poolside operations, as such we are looking for candidates who have experience working with pools and who are both NPLQ and Pool Plant qualified. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly pool plant operations, tasks and checks.
• Deal with any H&S incidents, accidents, safeguarding concerns & report on the management system.
• Responsible for rota management and the ongoing recruitment and training for the lifeguards.
• Coordination of events and activities including gala's and holiday camps.
• Supervise and coordinate regular safety checks, maintenance and cleaning of all poolside areas.
• Provide support nd leadership across other departments including sales, reception and the gym.
