Bars Manager -£45,000 + 10% Bonus

Are you ready to lead and elevate the bar experience in one of Canary Wharf's premium competitive entertainment destinations? We're searching for a dynamic Bars Manager to oversee six bars across three levels, delivering exceptional service and managing a team that makes every visit unforgettable.

As Bars Manager, you'll have full accountability for a high-volume operation with a weekly turnover of approximately £50K. Supported by a team of assistant managers, bar supervisors, and a 20-strong bar staff, your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Excellence: Lead the bar team to provide outstanding service that enhances the overall customer experience.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate your staff, ensuring smooth shifts and exceptional standards.
• Efficient Operations: Organize rotas, manage stock, and oversee champagne receptions, corporate bookings, and exclusive events.
• Hands-On Be present and highly visible on the floor, supporting your team as needed.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Innovation & Growth: Suggest improvements to elevate service delivery and enhance the guest offering.

We're seeking a hands-on leader with well-developed leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a high-footfall, premium bar environment. You will work mix of weekday and weekend shifts and typically will work 3 Friday/Saturdays out of 4.

In addition to a competitive salary of £45,000, there is the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of 10% that is paid quarterly, holiday entitlement is 32 days
