Our client has developed a successful and innovative fitness business model setting it apart from its competition. With the financial backing to launch their franchise fitness model in the U.K. they are now are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager to lead their U.K. growth.

​

The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners and take them through the investment process to completion. The post holder will work closely with sales and marketing, development, finance, legal, operations and property teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

​

With the UK market relatively untapped, this is an incredibly lucrative opportunity where you will have the opportunity to also grow and develop with the business.

Person we are looking for:

​

• Ideally degree qualified with sound business intelligence and adept in communicating with and influencing business leaders and high net worth individuals.

• Highly self-motivated, tenacious, resilient with a real drive to succeed.

• B2b sales experience selling high value solutions, products or services.

• Experience working with other stake holders (e.g. marketing, property, finance, legal) as part of a complex sales process.

• Evidence of consistently achieving sales targets in previous roles.

• A real passion for the health and fitness business they are representing.

• U.K. driving licence and the flexibility to travel the U.K. to meet potential franchisees.
