Regional Manager - Manchester 75-90K basic OTE 120K + Car Allowance
I am looking for a regional manager to take full responsibility for 10 premium health and fitness clubs in and around the Northwest of England that generate a combined turnover of c £80m. An ideal base location for the region would be in the Greater Manchester area. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about the leisure industry and who can demonstrate an exceptional track record in coaching and developing their teams, delivering an exceptional member experience, and meeting and exceeding challenging commercial targets. Key accountabilities include:
- Lead a team of General Managers to deliver well-defined ways of working, brand standards and corporate values.
- Have unrelenting standards and compliance with health and safety, food safety and operational excellence.
- Inspire, lead & coach General Managers to fulfil both their own potential and their teams,
- Foster a culture of success to exceed employee engagement, member experience and EBITDA targets.
- Be accountable for capital investment projects and coordinate their implementation and return on investment.
- Input into and oversee the implementation of the business plan, objectives, and initiatives.
- Influence and network with both Head Office and product experts throughout the business
We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Significant multi-site management experience in a premium retail, leisure, or hospitality operation.
- A track record of high performance with an outgoing, fun, and positive disposition.
- Success in managing a turnover in excess of £40m.
- A willingness to travel extensively between your clubs and working hours to support your GMs.
My client is offering a highly competitive basic salary in the range of 75-90k dependent on experience. Benefits include an 8K car allowance, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. private medical insurance. Life assurance and free family membership to any of their clubs that is worth several thousand pounds per annum. The bonus is performance related and is highly achievable and can add a further 32K to your annual remuneration making this an exceptional and much sought after opportunity.
