Aquatics Training & Development Manager - Remote/Nationwide travel several times a month
Up to £32,000+travel +bonus+ excellent benefits
Are you an experienced Swimming Development Manager, Aquatics Manager or Teacher with a passion for learning and development and curriculum design?
Our award-winning global aquatics operator client is looking for a charismatic expert to design and develop training resources, identify skill gaps and provide hands-on support to instructors to raise the bar on the quality, content and delivery of lessons, ensuring they are safe, fun and engaging for their little customers.
We would love you to apply if you have:
Developed teachers with continuous professional development sessions.
Experience in instructional design, curriculum development or training ideally within a swimming/aquatic's environment.
A creative mindset who can turn complex information into fun, accessible learning materials.
A data driven approach to track training effectiveness
Outstanding organisational skills to juggle projects, schedules and content updates.
Flexibility to travel throughout England several times a month to provide instructor support (occasionally with overnight stays).
A U.K. driving licence and your own vehicle.
Experience with Learning management system platforms and digital content creation would be a big plus.
